We set no cookies, and we run no advertising or third-party tracking. The SafeSellwebsite uses privacy-friendly, cookieless, first-party analytics: it records anonymous, aggregated counts of how people use the site (for example, how many people visit, start the free plan, or reach checkout). We do not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, or any third-party analytics service.

How our analytics work (no cookies).

When you browse SafeSell, your browser sends a small, anonymous event message to our own server (for example "homepage visited" or "checkout started"). To connect the steps of your visit into a funnel, your browser creates a randomly generated session identifier and keeps it in local storage — it is not a cookie. Analytics events do not include the business or product information you enter, your name, email address or payment details. They use a randomly generated session identifier stored in local storage and are used only to produce aggregate usage statistics. It is never sent to any third party. These records do not include your name, email address, business or product information, or payment details — we only use these events as aggregate counts. You can clear them at any time by clearing your browser's local storage (see below) — no marketing or advertising data is affected because we run none.

Who can see the analytics.

Access to the analytics dashboard is restricted to the SafeSell operator and authorised administrators.

How long we keep analytics.

Analytics records are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to understand product usage and improve the service, and are periodically reviewed and deleted when no longer needed.

Local storage only.

To save your work, SafeSell uses your browser's local storage — the app data (your business profile and product information) is stored on your own device. Local storage is not a cookie and is never sent to our servers (the only things sent are the anonymous analytics events described above). If you clear your browser data or use another device, this stored data will be lost.

When you pay.

When you go to pay, you are taken to a secure hosted checkout page operated by our payment service provider, Stripe. Payments are handled through Stripe-hosted checkout using Onelink Managed Payments. Stripe and Onelink process payment information under their respective terms and privacy policies. SafeSell does not receive or store your full card details. Any cookies on that page belong to our payment service provider or any third-party payment facilitator named there, not to us, and are governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.

Analytics you can clear in your browser.

The anonymous session identifier lives in your browser's local storage and can be removed at any time in your browser's settings — look for "Privacy", "Site data" or "Cookies and other site data". Clearing it removes your SafeSell data from that device and resets the anonymous session id used for analytics, so keep copies of anything important first.
